7 Tips for Healthy Aging

Follow the advice of your doctor.

Talk to your doctor. This is a big one. If you have questions about your medications and how to take them, don't assume that self-diagnosing or self-medicating is a good idea. You can't expect someone else to manage your health if you're not willing to do the same for yourself.

Ask plenty of questions and get the most out of each visit with your doctor. They are there for you—and more than happy to provide advice about how best to treat whatever health issues may be affecting you at any given time!

Manage your health conditions.

When you have a chronic illness or health condition, it's important to be aware of the side effects that medications can cause.
